LETS TALK COVID-19
Welcome back, fabulish! To say that we have missed you is an extreme understatement and we can't wait to be back to creating MAGIC for you.
Before we get to it, let's go through what guidelines have been put in place for us to be back in action:
In order to keep our guests and our team safe, we ask that you read and adhere to the following standards:

Do not visit the salon and spa if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive or if you or a household member with a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or a communicable/high-risk illness.

Upon arrival to Salon Ish, we ask that you give us a call to let us know that you have arrived and we will notify you when your service provider is ready for you to enter into the salon for your service. 253-770-6000

Upon entering Salon Ish, please wear a face mask that completely covers your nose and mouth while in the salon.

Please come alone for your service to ensure proper capacity. If bringing children under 16 for an appointment, you may be asked to wait outside or in your car in order to respect capacity restrictions.

We will be taking your temperature. If your temperature reads100 degrees or more, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

We will supply a large clear plastic bag to put your personal belongings to keep with you while you are in the salon.

We ask that you then go directly to thoroughly wash your hands after entry.

Our front desk team will welcome you upon arrival and will help to walk you through these steps.

Due to regulations, the common area of coffee and tea will not be available to guests.We ask that you do not bring food or drink into the salon to uphold the highest level of sanitation.

Once your ish doll is ready, you’ll be walked directly to your service area. Remember, we missed you very much, and we want to hug you so tight however, right now we can’t.

The retail shopping area will be closed to guest access; however, we will be happy to select your products for you and bring them up to the front desk. If you have any special requests, just let your stylist or esthetician know.

Minimal cash will be on hand. All payments will be collected via credit, debit or gift cards.

If you have any additional requests, please share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to arriving at the salon or spa, however, we are doing everything we can to assure your safety while your visit us at Salon Ish.
Here is what we will be doing:

Wearing masks

Wearing gloves when applicable

Wiping down stations, chairs, beds and equipment with proper solutions

Washing hands and use sanitizer as needed

Sanitizing door handles, desk and processing areas

Checking restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure they are clean and ready for use

Adding disinfectant to each laundry process

Adding barriers at checkout
We have appreciated your support while we have been away and truly look forward to our reopening and treating you to your fabulish service.
